Background of the issue:
I have recently purchased translation credits through my WPML account and assigned them to my website (скрытая ссылка). I verified that the website is connected to the correct WPML account, assigned credits via wpml.org, checked for updates via WPML → Support, cleared all caches, and disabled potential conflicting plugins.

Symptoms:
The translation credits are not showing up in the WordPress admin panel, and I’m unable to use them.

Questions:
Why are the translation credits not showing up in the WordPress admin panel?
How can I use the translation credits I purchased?
