Background of the issue:
I am using WPML with the Advanced Translation Editor on the site скрытая ссылка. When translating sentences, the input field autosaves every +/- 5 seconds.

Symptoms:
The cursor jumps to the beginning of the sentence after autosaving, which is inconvenient for translators who look up translations elsewhere and then return to the translation editor.

Questions:
Is there an option to turn off the autosave?
Is there a way to keep the cursor in its position after autosaving?
