Background of the issue:
I am trying to refund orders in WooCommerce, but since the last update, when I process a refund in the back office, it creates a new order with no client information and the refund amount in negative value (e.g., -89,90€). This break our monitoring tools and makes everything unclear as we can't link the new orders to the refunded/partially refunded orders. This issue only occurs when WooCommerce and WPML are active together. My website meets the minimum WPML requirements, and everything is up to date. The issue can be seen at: скрытая ссылка.
Symptoms:
A new empty order is created containing only the refunded item with a negative value, and it is not linked to any client or anything.
Questions:
Why does a new order with negative value get created when processing refunds?
How can I prevent this issue from occurring when WooCommerce and WPML are active?
