Background of the issue:
I am translating English to Chinese Traditional and Chinese Simplified using WPML. I am working on a site under development.

Symptoms:
The WordPress interface changes to Chinese Traditional and Chinese Simplified when I am editing the website. I only need English when editing in WordPress.

Questions:
Why does my WordPress interface change to Chinese Traditional and Chinese Simplified when I'm editing the website?
How can I keep the WordPress interface in English while editing?
