[Закрытые] wp_installer_settings big size

Background of the issue:
I'm debugging autoload dragging the site's speed, and the only wp_installer_settings is about 130kb. The site is live.

Symptoms:
The wp_installer_settings is large in size, approximately 130kb, which may be affecting site speed.

Questions:
Can I remove wp_installer_settings?
Is wp_installer_settings related to the installation or in active use by WPML?
