Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate a page using WPML. The issue can be seen at this link: скрытая ссылка.

Symptoms:
WPML attempted to translate this page three times and failed. I expected to be able to open the translation, but instead, I got an error message suggesting I contact WPML Support.

Questions:
Why is WPML failing to translate the page?
How can I resolve the translation error?
