[Закрытые] WPML Installation on Multisite is blocking access to the CMS

Background of the issue:
I am trying to install the WPML plugin on a WordPress multisite setup. We are installing the plugins on the Network Admin, and the setup is only available to us on the multisite subdomains. The client has a license for this plugin and wants to use it on the site. Here is an example of our subdomains: parent site - скрытая ссылка, child site - скрытая ссылка.

I will supply the debug info but let me know if you need access then I will have to deactivate the plugin again.

Symptoms:
The WPML plugin is causing a redirect problem. Once installed, users are not able to access the CMS. After a login, you are redirected to the front-end of the site. If we deactivate the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin in the DB, we can access the site again, but then WPML is not available in the left navigation.

Questions:
How can we resolve the redirect problem caused by the WPML plugin on our multisite setup?
Why does deactivating the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin in the DB allow access to the site again?
