Background of the issue:
I have a lot of trouble working with WPML lately on this website: скрытая ссылка. I'm trying to translate pages, including parts of the header, footer, and some templates.

Symptoms:
WPML is not translating some parts of the header, footer, and some templates. Some translations on the website aren't working well.
