[Решено] wpml seems to create many 500 errors

we have many problems with the website, and all seems to refer to wpml. for instance, i am updating the translation of a page. a page with images with a title, not lots of texts. in fact, there was only one image title to be added to the translation. clicked "save and exit" about 10 minutes ago, and still not saved.
