Background of the issue:
Our site is built with Divi, and 'page' translations are working perfectly. With Divi, you can create page templates with global headers/footers and custom 'body' sections. Our body sections feature a sidebar. We noticed this when trying to translate GravityForms forms. The form itself translated, and if placed in the page body, it's translated, but the sidebar area remains unchanged. Since the sidebar is controlled separately, through the builder/template process, is this something that can be achieved, or is this a fairly unique situation?

Symptoms:
Sidebars don't translate and don't switch over when the language selection is toggled.

Questions:
Is this something that can be achieved, or is this a fairly unique situation?
I couldn't find any documentation on Divi and the use of sidebars in a layout being translated.
