Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate an Elementor pop-up on my website. The pop-up is translated, but when I switch to a different language, it still appears in German, even though the translation is 100% complete. It is the pop-up behind the sticky phone button. The issue can be seen on this page: 隐藏链接

Symptoms:
The pop-up does not display the translation and remains in German despite being fully translated.

Questions:
Why does the pop-up still appear in German after translation?
How can I ensure the pop-up displays the correct language?
