Background of the issue:
I am trying to access a translation after updating the WPML plugin and WordPress, but I encounter a job queue error. To work around this, I manually navigate to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting and click on buttons to synchronize local job IDs with ATE jobs and synchronize translators and translation managers with ATE.

Symptoms:
Every time I try to access a translation, I get a job queue error.

Questions:
Why is this job queue error happening?
Could you please provide a permanent solution?
