I installed WPML and a few addons like string translations but i dont see them in WPML menu

Symptoms: I expected to see the WPML menu at the admin page with all the menu items. Instead, I have only 4 menu items at the WPML menu: Translation Management, Translations, Media Translation, Settings. Questions: Why don't I see the WPML string translations addon in the WPML menu? How can I make all the WPML menu items appear in the admin page?

Background of the issue:
I installed WPML and a few addons like string translations but I don't see them in the WPML menu. I am trying to use WPML string translations addon.

Symptoms:
I expected to see the WPML menu at the admin page with all the menu items. Instead, I have only 4 menu items at the WPML menu: Translation Management, Translations, Media Translation, Settings.

Questions:
Why don't I see the WPML string translations addon in the WPML menu?
How can I make all the WPML menu items appear in the admin page?
