Background of the issue:
I am developing a site and using WPML to translate pages from English. I want to know what language my customers will see first if their IP is in Malay.

Symptoms:
Uncertainty about the default language displayed to users with a Malay IP address.

Questions:
If my customer's IP is in Malay, what language will they see first on my page translated by WPML?
