[關閉] Importing translations into a site if the original content is already there

Background of the issue:
I re-installed WPML on my site to do a reset of the system, deleting all the translations in Romanian and German. The original content in Russian remained. Before this, I exported Woo Products & Product Categories, Pages, and Posts using WPML Export and Import and the plugin WPAllImport/Export Pro. I am now trying to import the translations again, but only the translations the original language is not needed because it's already there and didn't move.

Symptoms:
WP All Import Pro duplicates the products if I select 'Create new products' or overwrites the original products if I select 'Match with products currently present'. I messed up with the original product portfolio in Russian already (original language) and had to restore back-ups a couple times. I don't want to test more and I wonder if you guys have a solution for this use-case scenario.

Questions:
Is there a way to import the product translations again (German and Romanian) without overwriting the original products?
Can importing only the translations (RO & DE) without RU in the present in the CSV file with WP All Import and then running WPML Export and Import connect the original with translations?
