Background of the issue:
I am trying to maintain consistent links between the French and English versions of a page on my site 隐藏链接. Specifically, I have added a link in the French text on the page 隐藏链接.

Symptoms:
When I update the translation on the English page, the French link is automatically converted to an English page link.

Questions:
How can I prevent the French link from being converted to an English page link when updating the English page?
