Background of the issue:
I was attempting to create a translation of a page to Lithianian using the 'Add translation to Lithuanian' button in the pages table on my WordPress site. The issue can be seen at 隐藏链接.

Instead of being directed to the 'Advanced Translation Editor' as expected, I was redirected to the create new page screen within WordPress.
Questions:
Why am I being redirected to the create new page screen instead of the Advanced Translation Editor when trying to add a Lithuanian translation?
Is there a setting or configuration that I might be missing that is causing this redirection issue?
