manfredR-5	Background of the issue: We are using WPML for 'kieferfreund.com'. The first language is German, and the second one is English. The permalink for the German site is '隐藏链接' and for the English page '隐藏链接'. Currently, we are going through a technical audit with the tool SE-Ranking. Symptoms: An error is being thrown as the Hreflang item of the WPML object is different for the German page: It contains the German URL WITHOUT the trailing slash: 'de-de':'隐藏链接'. Questions: How can we change the Hreflang item? Why are 2 sites on your WPML admin page being shown: '隐藏链接' and '隐藏链接' without the trailing slash?

Background of the issue:
