Background of the issue:
I have a multi-language site (ecoonline.com) and we recently cloned ecoonline.com/en-us/ to create our Canadian version of the site ecoonline.com/en-ca/. This was done on our staging site at 隐藏链接. We are preparing to push the CA version of the site to production on Thursday.

I am unsure of the best practice to push the CA version of the site from staging to production using WPML.

Is it possible to push the CA version of the site from staging to production within WPML?
Should I use an import/export plugin and filter the export by language?
Should I use the advanced DB method for this process?
