Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate certain links on my website 隐藏链接 using WPML. Some links are not being translated to the correct language on various pages.

Symptoms:
Links in the footer under the training section and on sector pages are not linking to the correct language version. For example, on the page 隐藏链接, the icons at the bottom still link to the other language instead of English. The page 隐藏链接 has the same issue at the bottom, but other sector pages do not. The page 隐藏链接 has many issues with links not being translated correctly.

What steps should I take if the scan links option and re-translating the page do not resolve the issue?
