Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate email static and dynamic content for my site 隐藏链接. I followed the instructions on https://wpml.org/forums/topic/translate-tutor-lms-email-content/ but it’s not helping. I translate static content with string, but it’s not sending with translated language. I can’t translate dynamic content.

Symptoms:
Static content is not sending with translated language. Unable to translate dynamic content.

How can I ensure that static content is sent with the translated language?
How can I translate dynamic content in emails?
