Background of the issue:
I am trying to: My site has multiple languages by using different subdomains to toggle between languages. For example, 隐藏链接 is the English version, jp.deltapath.com is the Japanese version. Recently, when sharing a URL on LinkedIn, while pasting the URL 隐藏链接, the preview tab in LinkedIn would change to tw.deltapath.com from 隐藏链接. However, Facebook won’t do that. I’m unsure if there is something to do with WPML that is triggering some redirect? Link to a page where the issue can be seen: 隐藏链接

Symptoms:
When sharing this page on LinkedIn, I expect the URL to stay the same. Instead, I got: 隐藏链接

Questions:
Why does the LinkedIn URL preview change to a translated site?
Is there something in WPML that is triggering a redirect?
