Is there any way we can input custom hreflang URL's per page/post?

JKJ	Hi, on our site which uses WPML, we have a SEO issue in the hreflang tags there are URL's which lead to a 301 redirect, this affects SEO negatively. is there any way we can input custom hreflang URL's per page/post? (maybe with custom code?)
