Background of the issue:
My customer would like me to add Latvian to appear adjacent to the existing Language options. However, he does not want the website to provide the language translation for Latvian (as it currently does for German and Italian). Instead he wants Latvian to hyperlink to another website. I have added Latvian to the WPML/Setup WPML/Site Languages to the existing translation options, but clearly further configuration is required to complete this - if possible.
Symptoms:
I need to configure WPML to hyperlink the new Latvian language option to another website instead of providing a translation.
