Background of the issue:
I am trying to access the English version of my site, الرابط المخفي, but it always redirects me to the Deutsch language. English is set as the default language. It worked fine before, but after an update, something happened.

Symptoms:
The site always redirects to the Deutsch language instead of the English version.

Questions:
Why is my site redirecting to the Deutsch language instead of English?
How can I fix the language redirection issue after the update?
