Hola, estoy realizando una tienda online con Astra, Elementor, WPML, WP Rocket, con más de 30.000 productes en los 2 idiomas (CA y ES), más de 3000 clientes y tengo que optimizar muy bien la web para que cargue rápido.
Qué opciones me recomendais para optimizar la carga de la web en cuanto a WPML?
Hoy me sale un aviso en el backoffice:

We have detected a problem with some tables in the database. Please contact WPML support to get this fixed.
