Background of the issue:
I am trying to have a contact form in all languages on my website. The issue can be seen on this page: الرابط المخفي

Symptoms:
I expected to see the contact form on the page, as I can select it in the back office, but nothing is visible on the page.

Questions:
Why is the contact form not visible on the page despite being selectable in the back office?
How can I ensure the contact form appears in all languages?
