Background of the issue:
I installed WPML in my new multisite, followed all your instructions from zero although I have done it several times as you can see we are using it in several websites. The WPML has been installed first in the network, activated on the main site following your instructions page here: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/multisite-support/#installing-wpml-on-multisite. Activated in one subsite الرابط المخفي everything fine as usual. When I activate it on another site الرابط المخفي it says ok, sends me to the configuration, I do all the configuration and when I arrive at the end and click on the finish button I get the critical error. If I force the browser to go back more than once then I get to the dashboard but when I try to do something again it goes to critical error. I also tried to do it all over again going to reset from the network WPML link. but it happens again the same. The LA subsite has the same plugin as the LA and it is set exactly the same way. Checked documentation before doing the ticket checking PHP memory adding code to wp-config.php as per your instructions. Nothing still the same issue.
