[مغلق] Divi Contact Form Helper Conditional Logic now working in secondary languages

Background of the issue:
When on the contact form at the bottom of the page in the English version, if I select "Recording", a "Date" field should appear, or, if I select "Mastering" or "Mixing" a file upload should come up. But it doesn't work.

Symptoms:

Questions:
How can we make it work on all languages? In Spanish (original language) it works just fine
