Background of the issue:
I am trying to resolve multiple errors appearing in the Advanced Translation Editor Error Log and my hosting error log. I suspect these issues are related to a previous incident where my glossary was intentionally emptied or deleted from my site.

Symptoms:
Error log is reporting multiple things (50 in total): Most of the errors are related to XLIFF Server Communication with the message: The uploaded xliff file doesn't belong to this system - 16234.

Questions:
How can I resolve the issue with the uploaded xliff file not belonging to this system?
