Background of the issue:
I am trying to get rid of an error message concerning a missing table. I worked on internalizationing a file per your documentation. It worked and found my strings in the 'strings translations' but the translations wouldn't appear on the translated page. I activated DEBUG and got an error message. I noticed that the error message disappears when WPML String Translation is disabled. Symptoms:
