Background of the issue:
I am trying to apply and connect credits to the production site using WPML. We use Pantheon as our hosting, which does not allow us access to the plugins as a safety measure for the production site. I removed the license and added it again to the dev site.

Symptoms:
Having trouble with credits being accredited to the production site.

How can I apply and connect credits to the production site using WPML?
