Background of the issue:
I am trying to disable development mode on my WordPress site using WPML. I removed the development key and added the production key. I also cleared the cache from both the server side and the website.
Symptoms:
The screen still shows that maintenance mode is on.
Questions:
How can I disable development mode on my site?
Why does the maintenance mode screen still appear after changing the key and clearing the cache?
