I have a problem with hreflang conflicts on my site الرابط المخفي. Semrush is showing 91,756 hreflang conflicts within the page source code. I tried the option 'Position of hreflang links' but it didn't work. I also added a code in the heading for hreflang, but the problem remains the same. the code which i added to the code in elemontor code is
