Background of the issue:
I am trying to set up my website, الرابط المخفي, where the default language is Arabic. I want the site to redirect to the English version at الرابط المخفي when needed.

Symptoms:
When I click the language switcher to English, it loads the English version but then redirects back to Arabic.

Questions:
Why does the language switcher redirect back to Arabic after selecting English?
