Background of the issue:
I have bought WPML and I am trying to translate my website from English to Dutch. I want the website to be in Dutch only, without any other languages. My site is under development, and I have many files in the theme and plugins that are currently in English.

Symptoms:
I have translated the whole website to Dutch and tried to hide English, but the site keeps redirecting to English. If I hide English, the website crashes.

Questions:
How can I implement translations to Dutch and hide English without causing the website to crash?
What steps do I need to follow to ensure the website uses only the Dutch language?
