Background of the issue:
I installed WPML successfully, but I’m seeing an error. I was trying to access the list of plugins for WPML. The issue can be seen at this link: الرابط المخفي.

Symptoms:
I got the error message: 'WPML plugin cannot connect to wpml.org.'

Questions:
Why is the WPML plugin unable to connect to wpml.org?
How can I resolve the connection issue to see the list of plugins?
