Background of the issue:
I changed the footer language from English to Arabic on my site الرابط المخفي using WPML. It works fine on the back end, and when I click on 'View,' the footer shows in Arabic.
Symptoms:
When I visit the homepage, the footer still displays in English despite being translated.
