Background of the issue:
I am trying to install the WPML plugins after installing the OTGS Installer. The issue can be seen at الرابط المخفي.

Symptoms:
I expected to see the WPML plugin installed, but instead I received a notification stating: 'WPML plugin cannot connect to wpml.org. WPML needs to connect to its server to check for new releases and security updates. Something in the network or security settings is preventing this. Please allow outgoing communication to wpml.org to remove this notice.' In the Installer log, it says: 'Unable to register: Site key not matching.'

Why is the WPML plugin unable to connect to wpml.org?
How can I resolve the 'Site key not matching' error?
