I suspect the WPML plugin might be the cause, as the analysis indicates that the database is slow, particularly with tables related to WPML. Technical support of my hosting has given me a file with a sample of slow requests. And this file very often contains the icl_strings table. This table is 36.6 MB in size. The tables icl_translation_status and icl_translate are also large. Symptoms: The site, الرابط المخفي, is experiencing slow performance in both page loading and the WordPress admin panel. Questions: Could the WPML plugin be causing the site to run slowly? Is there any documentation available to address database performance issues related to WPML?
