[مغلق] My translated Footer menu does not keep the design features

Hello,
My translated Footer menu does not keep the design features, even though I think have have done everything correct. It started when I edited the footer content with new titles etc. I don't know why it's not mirrored with the same font and horizontal structure anylonger? Please see screenshots.
