Background of the issue:
I am trying to ensure that the search page on my WordPress site, which uses WPML for translation, displays in the correct language. The main language is German, and I have translated the search results page into English. When I search in German, everything works fine, but when I search in English, the results are correct, but the page remains in German. Additionally, there is an issue with images in the footer not appearing on the search results page. This is the search page in English: الرابط المخفي (German: الرابط المخفي). This is how a search in English will be published: الرابط المخفي.

Symptoms:
The search results page does not change to English when searching in English; it remains in German. Additionally, images in the footer do not appear on the search results page.
