[مغلق] Setting up WPML from woocommerce is giving blank page

Background of the issue:
I am trying to set up WPML for my WooCommerce site at الرابط المخفي. From the WooCommerce menu, I have a notification to 'Make your store multilingual' with a button to start the setup wizard. When I click on it, I am redirected to الرابط المخفي. I followed the topic in https://wpml.org/forums/topic/white-screen-at-setup/ but it did not work. I also reset everything from the troubleshooting page, deleted all plugins related to WPML, and removed files and folders related to WPML. Additionally, I deleted all the records returned from the query SELECT * FROM `wp_options` WHERE `option_name` LIKE '%wpml%'.

Symptoms:
Setting up WPML from WooCommerce results in a blank page.

Why does the setup wizard redirect to a blank page?
What additional steps can I take to resolve the blank page issue?
