Background of the issue:
I have a multilingual site with three languages: German as the default, English with the link .de/en, and Spanish as .es. I want the Spanish links to also run under .de/es/ to ensure my WordPress toolbar is displayed.

Symptoms:
The WordPress toolbar is not displayed for Spanish links under the .es domain.

Questions:
Where can I make the change to have Spanish links run under .de/es/?
Do I need to adjust all links manually, or will they be redirected automatically?
Why is the Spanish domain stored differently in WPML than the English one?
