I am trying to view the status of recent tickets I created. I expected to see my tickets here: https://wpml.org/forums/users/bend-11/

Symptoms:
The ticket I created yesterday is not there. Instead, I see old tickets.

Why is the ticket I created yesterday not showing up?
How can I view the status of my recent tickets?
