Background of the issue:
I have the English header menu in place on my site الرابط المخفي, and it works. I want to create the same menu in German by synchronizing it. I used to have custom menus built in Thrive Themes but successfully changed the English one to the WP menu.
Symptoms:
I cannot see all the items in the menu items list from the English menu when trying to synchronize it to German. The synchronization is not working.

How can I synchronize the English header menu to German using WPML?
Why are some menu items missing when trying to synchronize the menu?
