Background of the issue:
I am trying to have all content translated automatically using WPML’s 'Translate Everything Automatically'. After running the translation process, the banner at the top shows 'Translate Everything Automatically is active', indicating that there are no pending translations. The issue can be seen on these pages: الرابط المخفي and الرابط المخفي.

Symptoms:
A red notification icon appears in the admin bar with the number 1. Hovering over it shows the message 'Translate Everything Automatically is active', even though all translations are supposedly complete and the banner is green. There is inconsistent URL handling in translations; the French translation is correct, but the Portuguese translation changes the slug unexpectedly.

Questions:
Why does a red notification icon appear in the admin bar even when translations are complete?
Why is there inconsistent URL handling in translations, specifically with the Portuguese slug?
