Background of the issue:
I am working on a site under development and trying to get translations to work using WPML. I followed instructions from WPML support and my web host. I created a .user.ini file with memory and execution time settings, and I also modified the wp-config.php file to increase the memory limit.
Symptoms:
The translation process is stuck on 'in progress', and translations are not visible. This issue prevents me from creating an accurate menu for the translated version of my website.
