Background of the issue:
I am trying to make changes to pages on my site الرابط المخفي. It often takes lots of updates, refreshes, clearing cache, and sometimes blind luck for it to work.

Symptoms:
I am not seeing updates to pages and keep seeing a 404 error on translations-queue.css and .php.

Questions:
Why am I seeing a 404 error on translations-queue.css and .php?
How can I ensure that updates to pages are reflected without needing multiple updates, refreshes, and clearing cache?
