Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate WooCommerce emails using WPML. In the String translations, the footer text and 'From' name appear as translated. However, when I send a test email, these strings are not translated. The rest of the email content, which is the default WooCommerce email content, is being translated. Symptoms:
The footer text and 'From' name in WooCommerce emails are not being translated despite appearing as translated in the String translations.

Questions:
What could be causing the WooCommerce email footer and 'From' name not to translate?
